PLEASE REMEMBER TO ORDER IN PLENTY OF TIME OR CONSIDER USING OUR ONLINE ORDERING SERVICE AND PHARMACY COLLECTION.
Please bring, send or order online* your repeat prescription request to the surgery, allowing at least 48 hours for processing (2 working days), Monday to Friday.
*We would like to encourage our patients to sign up for our online services to enable them to order their prescriptions via this website. Our online services provide a safe, secure and confidential method of contacting the surgery to order repeat medication, book appointments, view medical records and sign up for the surgery newsletter. Please see how to access this service in the next paragraph or speak to one of our reception staff.
*Order online via the systmOnline service we provide. If you would like to use the online system please sign up at the surgery in order to obtain your username and password. We require 2 forms of ID of which one must be photo ID and the other must contain your address (e.g. passport, driving licence, utility bill, bank statement). You will also be require to sign a disclaimer at the time of application.
Prescriptions arriving on a Friday will not be ready for collection until after 14:00pm the following Tuesday.
You may also request your prescription be posted out to you should you not want to collect your prescription from the surgery. If you would like to use this service then please include a self addressed stamped envelope with your request.
We do not accept any telephone or email requests for prescriptions, all requests must be put in writing or ordered online via this website.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
You can now visit your local chemist and nominate them to receive your prescriptions electronically instead of physically. Please note that this system will still require that you give us 2 working days (48hrs) notice to process your prescription request before going to your nominated chemist for collection.
